A New Beginning in Community Support
WillowNest Support was born from a shared commitment to compassionate care and community service. Founded by a team of healthcare professionals and experienced caregivers, our journey began with a simple idea: to offer person-centred support that truly makes a difference in people's lives.

Lord Joseph Domingo
Co-founder & CEO
With over 20 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, LJ brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and leadership to WillowNest Support. His background spans emergency departments, aged care facilities, and clinical trial centres, giving him a deep understanding of both acute and long-term care needs. As CEO, LJ leads with a strong focus on quality, safety, and personalised care. His dedication to create a service culture that values compassion, professionalism, and continuous improvement--ensuring every client receives the respectful and reliable support they all deserve.
Jiawei Chi
Co-founder & CEO
Jiawei holds an engineering degree from UWA and has worked in the healthcare sector since 2020. Starting on the frontline during the COVID-19 pandemic, he gained valuable insight into the needs of both clients and healthcare workers. At WillowNest Support, Jiawei oversees strategic planning, daily operations, and service delivery. He plays a key role in ensuring the organisation meets all NDIS compliance requirements and quality standards. With a strong focus on efficiency and client care, Jiawei is committed to building a trusted, responsive service that supports individuals to live safely and independently.
Lei Shi
Co-founder & Secretary
Lei is a registered nurse with over 15 years of experience in the healthcare sector, working across operating theatres, medical and surgical wards, and clinical trial centres. Lei combines her clinical expertise with a deep commitment to person-centred care. She is passionate about supporting individuals with disability and older adults to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes and communities.
